Tuesdays 4:00 – 5:15pm Nov 2 – Dec 7, 2021

In the midst of the demanding intensities of our lives, especially as we make all the adjustments that will enable us to be more resilient in our own unique matrix of stress injuries, Reflective Hatha Yoga offers a change of pace, a chance of going deeper into the body, and a way to connect with spiritual meaning through the poses (asanas).  All levels are welcome, however no previous experience with yoga is necessary, and accommodations can be made for physical limitations.

This series will take place on Zoom on Tuesday afternoons from Nov 2 through Dec 7, 2021, between 4:00 and 5:15pm Pacific time.  The contribution is $12 per class or offer what you can, with half going to Brentwood and half to Yasodhara Ashram.  Up to 15 people can be accommodated on Zoom.  Consider attending all 6 classes or drop in for the classes you can.
